These rules govern what Customers may publish or transmit through WorkspaceCMS. They exist to protect other tenants, our upstream providers (Vercel, Supabase, AI providers), and the platform itself. Violations are grounds for immediate suspension or termination.
6.1 Prohibited content & conduct
Customer may not use the Service to host, publish, or transmit:
- Unlawful content;
- Malware, phishing, or fraudulent material;
- Content infringing IP (DMCA process applies);
- Adult or sexual content, and never any content sexualizing minors;
- Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging;
- Content violating sanctions/export law;
- Unregistered securities, token sales/ICOs, or similar;
- Regulated pharmaceuticals or weapons where prohibited;
- Hateful or extremist content; or
- Anything violating the terms of our upstream providers (Vercel, Supabase, AI providers).
6.1A Email newsletters
Newsletters sent through the Service share one sending reputation with every other Customer, so these rules are strict. Customer may only send to people who agreed to receive email from Customer’s business, and must not import or send to bought, rented, shared, borrowed or scraped lists, or to addresses collected for another purpose.
- Every uploaded list is cleaned and every address is checked with an address verification service before it is added. Checks are free up to Customer’s newsletter plan subscriber limit; checks past it are charged in AI credits, shown before import, and are charged when the check runs even if the list is then refused. Each address counts once against the free checks, and deleting subscribers does not restore them.
- The check is provided only to protect sending from Customer’s account. It is not a list cleaning or verification service: Customer receives counts, not which addresses failed, and imported subscribers become visible and exportable only after a newsletter has been sent to them. Using, or attempting to use, the Service to clean, verify or extract a list for use elsewhere is a violation of this policy.
- A workspace may import a limited number of lists per day. Lists with too many invalid or never-subscribed addresses are refused.
- Sending pauses automatically when bounces or spam complaints pass safe limits, and resumes only after our review. Unsubscribed, bounced and complaining addresses are removed automatically and must not be imported again.
- Website signups may be rate limited, and new workspaces confirm each signup by email (double opt-in) by default. Customer must not submit addresses on a person’s behalf without that person’s agreement.
- Before sending, newsletters are checked for links to unsafe sites, and large sends require a DMARC record on the sending domain. A first large send, or one much larger than usual, may be held for review by us before it goes out.
- Subscribers who receive repeated newsletters without opening or clicking any are asked once whether to stay subscribed, and are unsubscribed if they do not answer.
- Newsletter plans are not refunded because of list quality. We may limit or end newsletter sending for any account whose lists cause problems.
The rules in plain words: Newsletter list rules.
6.2 Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate immediately, without refund, for any AUP violation, including where a violation creates risk of suspension of our upstream provider accounts or harm to other tenants. We may remove offending content without prior notice where required for legal or platform-safety reasons.
6.3 Indemnity
Customer indemnifies and holds 1Digital® harmless from third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Customer’s content, data, or use of the Service.
