Your logo and colors, automatically
We take the logo from your website, so the first newsletter already looks like your business. Pick the Classic, Bold or Minimal design.
Collect subscribers on your website, let AI draft each issue from your latest posts, and send it from your dashboard with your logo. Included with every WorkspaceCMS plan, free up to 100 subscribers on Essentials, 250 on Growth and 500 on Premium. Or buy newsletters on their own.

No separate email tool to pay for, connect and keep in sync. Your website, your subscribers and your newsletter live in the same place.
A newsletter signup sits in your website footer. New subscribers land on your Subscribers list, and you can import the list you already have.
Tell it what the newsletter is about, or leave it empty and it features your latest posts, pages and listings. You get a subject line, a header and the body, ready to edit.
It goes out under your name, from an address at your domain, with your logo. Send it now or schedule it, and see who opened and clicked.

Headings, text, images, buttons and dividers. Drafts save on their own, and you can preview it and send yourself a test before anyone else sees it.
We give you the DNS records for a sending domain such as news.yourbusiness.com and check them for you, so your newsletter arrives from you, not from us.
For every newsletter: how many were delivered, opened and clicked, and which addresses bounced.
Bounced addresses and people who mark your email as spam are removed automatically, and every email carries an unsubscribe link and your postal address, as the law requires.
A large newsletter goes to the first 1,000 people, then the rest about two hours later, so a problem with the list is caught before it reaches everyone.
Most newsletter tools hand you a send button and leave the rest to you. Here the safeguards that keep your newsletter out of spam are built in and switched on.
Your sending domain must pass the DKIM and SPF checks inboxes look for before anything goes out, and it is checked again before every send.
A brand-new sending domain starts small and sends more each day for its first two weeks, so inboxes learn to trust it. Nothing is dropped: the rest goes out the next day.
Before anything is added, common typos like gmial.com are fixed, throwaway inboxes and domains that cannot receive mail are left out, and every address is checked with an address verification service so dead mailboxes never get a send.
Before an import you confirm that every address asked to hear from you, and that agreement is recorded with each subscriber you add.
If bounces or spam complaints pass safe limits, sending pauses on its own and our team takes a look before it resumes, so one bad list never burns your domain.
Every email carries the one-click unsubscribe Gmail and Yahoo require from bulk senders, plus a visible unsubscribe link and your postal address.
Each plan sends free to its own list size, and its monthly AI credits write the drafts for you. Writing your own is always free.

Each newsletter uses one email per subscriber, and the count resets on the 1st, so every plan covers three to four newsletters a month to a full list.
Every plan. Essentials sends free to up to 100 subscribers (100 emails a month), Growth to up to 250 (1,000 emails a month), Premium to up to 500 (2,000 emails a month), and Ultra to up to 1,000 (4,000 emails a month). When your list grows, choose Starter, Pro, Business or Scale from your dashboard.
Yes. Choose Starter or Pro and we set up a newsletters-only account with the same editor, sending domain and results. It has no free allowance and no AI credits, so AI drafting is not included. A WorkspaceCMS plan includes free newsletters and monthly AI credits that draft them, as well as your website.
You move to the newsletter plan that fits your subscriber count, from your dashboard. It is billed monthly on its own, and you can switch or cancel any time. You are never charged for going over: sending simply waits until you upgrade or the month resets.
Writing your own newsletter is free. Letting AI write it uses 25 AI credits from your plan's monthly credits, and nothing is charged if the AI is unavailable. Spent on nothing else, the monthly credits cover up to 4 AI-drafted newsletters on Essentials, 16 on Growth, 48 on Premium and 64 on Ultra.
Yes, if they asked to hear from you. Import a CSV file or paste the addresses into your Subscribers list. Every uploaded address is checked before it is added: free up to your newsletter plan's subscriber limit, then 3 AI credits for every 10 addresses, shown before you import. Imported people appear on your list and in its download once your first newsletter has gone to them. See the newsletter list rules at workspacecms.ai/guides/newsletter-list-rules.
Email that comes from your own domain is trusted by inboxes and recognized by your readers. We show you exactly which records to add and keep checking them, usually verified within minutes.
We do the things inbox providers check for: your own authenticated domain, a gradual warm-up for new domains, one-click unsubscribe, automatic removal of bounced and spam-marked addresses, and a pause before a bad list can do damage. The biggest factor left is your list, which is why we only accept people who asked to hear from you.
As often as your plan's monthly emails allow. Each plan covers three to four newsletters a month to a full list, and sending more often to a smaller list works too. If a newsletter would go over, it waits until you upgrade or the month resets.
Talk to us. For lists that large we set up a dedicated sending account with you.
Your newsletter is ready the day your site launches, free for your first subscribers on every plan, with AI credits to draft it.
