Extra charges outside the plan. A phone number outside the US (Mexico, Spain or Latin America) is $10 a month on top of your plan and takes calls only; it cannot send texts. Caller texting, coming soon, is an optional add-on at $79 once plus $10 a month, which covers registering your business with the phone carriers and their monthly fee.

What you pay for, and what you never pay for
Only AI-answered minutes count
Calls your team picks up are not the receptionist's minutes. The allowance is spent only when the AI answers.
Calls under 15 seconds are free
Hang-ups, wrong numbers and pocket dials do not touch your minutes or your bill.
Test calls are free
Call from your own test number as often as you like while you set it up. Those calls are not billed and not limited.
Caps protect the bill
It answers up to 50 calls a day on Starter, 100 on Pro and 200 on Growth, and 10 per caller an hour, and past a cap, calls ring your phone as normal. Each call stops at a maximum length you choose: 3, 5, 10 or 15 minutes, with a one-minute warning to the caller first. You can also set a lower daily limit.
Switch plans any time
Move up before a busy season or down after it. The change is prorated, so you pay for what you used.
No website plan needed
Buy the receptionist on its own. If you already have a WorkspaceCMS site, it is added to the same bill.
Which plan should I start on?
Start with the calls you miss today. If the receptionist only needs to catch overflow and the odd evening call, Starter is usually enough. If you want it to own nights, weekends and the busy hours, Pro is where most businesses land. If it will answer most of your calls, Growth has the lowest rate per extra minute.
You do not have to guess right. Each call's length is in your call list, so after a few weeks you can see your real usage and switch plans, prorated, in a couple of clicks.
Pricing questions, answered.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
WorkspaceCMS plans start at $49/mo. Starter is $49 a month with 100 minutes, then $0.35 a minute. Pro is $99 a month with 250 minutes, then $0.29 a minute. Growth is $199 a month with 600 minutes, then $0.25 a minute.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
It keeps answering. Minutes past your allowance are billed at your plan's per-minute rate on the same bill. If you go over most months, a bigger plan usually costs less.
Is there a difference in features between plans?
No. Every plan includes a local phone number, after-hours answering, appointment booking with calendar sync, transfers to a person with optional call screening, and an emailed summary and transcript of every call. Plans differ only in price, minutes and the per-minute rate. On the Essentials website plan it cannot book appointments; booking by phone needs Growth or above.
Does anything cost extra?
Only optional add-ons. A phone number outside the US (Mexico, Spain or Latin America) is $10 a month on top of your plan and takes calls only; it cannot send texts. It takes the place of the included US number rather than adding a second one, and ordering it needs your business documents. Your US local number is included in every plan with no extra fee. Caller texting, coming soon, is an optional add-on at $79 once plus $10 a month, which covers registering your business with the phone carriers and their monthly fee.
Do I need a plan for each phone line?
No. One plan covers all of your phone lines. Each plan includes one number, and you forward your other existing lines to it, so every line is answered by the same receptionist and draws on the same minutes. There is no charge per line.
We have several locations. How does that work?
Each location gets its own receptionist, with its own number, hours, greeting and call-transfer settings. All of them sit on one bill and one plan: your first location pays the plan price, and the rest are 10% off locations 2 to 10, 20% off 11 to 25 and 25% off 26 to 100 on Starter and Pro, and 10% off each on Growth. The minutes are shared, so a busy location uses what a quiet one does not. One page shows calls for every location, and you can give a manager access to just their own. Choose how many locations you have when you sign up and you pay for all of them on one checkout, then set each one up from your dashboard; or start with one and add the rest later, up to 100. Above 100, talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from the dashboard. The change is prorated.
Do short or spam calls use my minutes?
Calls under 15 seconds are not billed. Robocalls it does answer, it politely ends, and the daily and per-caller caps stop a burst of calls from running up the bill.
How do I cancel?
The account owner cancels from the dashboard. It keeps answering until the end of the period you have already paid for.
